Event in the scope of the festival AnderArt On Saturday, 29 September 2007, from noon to 9pm an the Odeonsplatz In the scope of the AnderArt Festival, the mobile performance platform of the EU project "open here: consTRUCKtions - conNEXTions" will be presented on the Odeonsplatz. The documentation and the programme reflect experiences and contributions of the persons involved in Vienna, Prague, Liverpool, Marseilles and Munich. This event's highlight will be a fashion show by our partners from Prague: in this context a creative group of young artists has designed a fantastic collection, a mixture of kitsch, sentiment and irony. The "findings" come from one of the famous Vietnam-Markets in Czechia and ten young Vietnamese and Czech people from Prague will transform the stage in front of the Feldherrnhalle into a catwalk of a different kind with their prêt-à-porter fashion show (initiated by the artist group mamapapa and fashion designer Alena Vojtěchová). This year's AnderArt festival puts the emphasis on the topic of "Europe", a Europe that is not only defined by political or geographic borders, but that represents at the same time a permeable, rich Europe with a high cultural potential enhanced and enriched through migration.
