Seven young female artists from Munich are invited to join in and perform their work in Part 2 of the EU-project 'open here: consTRUCKtions - conNEXTions' which began in January. The seven artists - Shirin Damerji, Claudia Djabbari, Andrea Faciu, Sandra Filic, Peggy Meinfelder, Miriam Schiran and Christine Tanqueray - will be presented by SHELM from Munich's Hip Hop Academy as master of ceremonies. In November 2006, they presented their work under the title 'EXPEDITION MEDORA' at the ZKMax. Now, they are presenting themselves to the public again.

The artists who are currently at the Villa Waldberta, the City of Munich's international house of artists, are presenting themselves in widely varying ways. During a six-hour-performance called 'trust me,' Evangelia Basdekis from Athens will be embroidering the portrait of the Mona Lisa into her foot; Olivia Moura from Marseilles will be exhibiting photographic portraits of gipsy children living in Montenegro; Kai-Oi Jay Yung from Liverpool is exhibiting drawings produced during her time in Munich; and Tomáš Žižka from Prague has put together a band with himself on the root stock, Agnes Kutas from Prague on the violin and Judith Egger from Munich on the cello.
